Our Story as lifelong dream chasers and entrepreneurs continues with our crazy passion for coffee and cereal.

We had visited coffee shops all over the country including, parts of Europe. We had discovered a unique concept for cereal bar in NYC in early 2017. After coming home from that trip, we started discussing the idea of combining two things that we all loved so much Coffee and cereal.

By 2018 plans to create our first Coffee Shop and cereal bar were underway. We knew a large part of this vision would be having our own unique Coffee blends each designed to describe the personality of each founder. 

We would spend the next two years in research and development with several Coffee bean importers and flavor houses. Then like many we hit a temporary roadblock with covid and the shutdowns of 2020, we were forced to directing focus into our other existing Sparta companies. 

By 2021 we were back on the horse and passionately pursuing the launch of our new brand when adversity would strike the CEO of our multiple Sparta companies suffering serious injuries in an accident that would temporarily remove him from the companies for 14 months.

In true Sparta fashion our incredible team and other two founders turned the adversity into adventure and continued working on the concept and dream, and in January 2023 we finally launched our coffee brand. 

November 1st, 2023, we finally opened our first of 3 locations planned. In 2024 the other two locations will open with text to order and delivery options. By 2025 we hope to franchise our concept into over 25 locations.

Unicorn Blend- CFO- Jessica, like a Unicorn Jessica to is extremely magical and full of positivity and pink glitter.

House Blend- Jesse- COO- Jesse is our House Blend made up of creativity, a unique blend of multiple flavors and talents making it the universal blend.

Where do we start in why our CEO Jeff gets two flavors, The Bold AF- partially makes up Jeff's personality and flavor as he is Bold AF in many areas of his life and our multiple brands. But the flavor that best fits him is the Fuck it Juice- though most people might take its name as a sign of disrespect there is actually a really cool story behind it.

In late 2016 a business associate of Jeff's asked him how do take the risks you take, don't you get scared. Jeff's response like most was swift and from his passion filled heart. " of course I get scared, I feel fear like anybody else. What I do that is different take a big drink of Fuck it Juice and go for it"
